Jim Forrest. Chairman.

Spent the last 30 years in the domestic audio video service sector initially working for some of the major CE manufacturers before becoming a freelance designer & reviewer. Writing for the then popular periodicals WhichCD, HiFi Reviewer etc. he was also involved in the designs for Ambisonic Surround Sound. For the last 25 years he has successfully run his own independent service company gaining accreditations with all of the major CE brands.

Forming Noise was an ideal opportunity to expand on that to not only ensure the future of his own company and others of its kind but to also set standards for the industry and promote the services of the Authorised network.

Bill Walker. Managing Director.

With over 27 years of experience in Consumer Electronics working in every aspect of the industry including Engineer, Salesman, Business Development, Journalist and Network Manager, heading up Noise was the obvious next step for Bill. Most recently working for Sony UK as their Service Network Manager he implemented some major changes which not only helped Sony offer Customer Service second to none but also moved the entire Brown Goods service sector on significantly enough to make it possible for Noise UK to offer what it does today.

Steve Pearson. Director.

Working for 19 years at Dartington Crystal, most recently as Operations Director Steve gained a broad experience in all aspects of manufacturing; Production, Engineering, Health & Safety, HR and IT. In 2001 he decided to bring these skills to the world of Consumer Electronics and has now built up his company to be one of the largest independent repairers of CE and White Goods in the UK with 3 branches across the South West. As with Jim, Noise was the chance to not only ensure the future of his and similar Authorised repairers but to also promote high standards and good customer service within the industry.
