Standards

  • To contact every customer within 2 working hours* of receipt of job booking.
  • To be available to visit every customer within 48 working hours* of receipt of job booking (subject to location - Highlands & Islands may take longer).
  • To keep every customer updated throughout every repair.
  • To complete every repair within 5 working days (subject to spares availability).
  • To ensure members attend all relevant manufacturers training courses.
  • To ensure all members field staff have up to date Criminal Records checks (in progress).
  • To ensure all members field staff carry Identity Cards (in progress).
  • To ensure all staff represent the manufacturer, retailer, Noise and individual service company with the utmost professionalism.
