About
The National Organisation of Installation Service Engineers was formed in 2009 as a Trade Association for the Consumer Electronics Service Industry. The first and only group of its kind in the UK, our membership consists of only the highest level of Manufacturers' Authorised Service Centres which means our engineers are not only authorised to install and repair your products but have also received all of the relevant training to do so as well as having direct access to service information and original spare parts. This not only helps to ensure an effective and efficient repair but also keeps the costs to a minimum (where applicable) as spares are sourced directly from the manufacturer.
Our members can repair your products whether they are in manufacturer's warranty, under some form of Extended Warranty or on a chargeable basis. For chargeable repairs, they will always make you fully aware of any costs before proceding with the job.
We currently have 50 independent Authorised Service Companies across the UK giving full postcode coverage for Installations (including Flat Screen Wall Mounts), Repairs and In-Home Support. These are long established companies with experienced engineers, all of whom are committed to providing you with the best possible standard of service.
Our members are trained and approved to service all types of Consumer Electronics products including TVs (Plasma, LCD & OLED), Home Cinema Systems, Blu-ray, DVD, HiFi (Seperates & Systems), Digital Cameras & Camcorders, MP3 Players and Games Consoles.
NOISE comprises the Authorised Service Networks for all of the major Consumer Electronics Manufacturers including - Sony, Samsung, Panasonic, LG, Pioneer, JVC, Hitachi, Toshiba, Sanyo, Daewoo, Loewe, etc.
We are also working to ensure the future of the industry as well as create employment for young people by introducing a Nationwide Apprenticeship Scheme. We are founder members of HEESTF (Household Electrical & Electronic Servicing Training Forum) along with AMDEA, DASA and RETRA and are working with City & Guilds, Summit Skills and local Colleges to train at least 50 new Apprentices every year in Electronic Servicing etc.
For more information on this or to apply to become part of the Apprenticeship Scheme please contact us .
Noise (UK) Ltd was formed to help promote NOISE as a Trade Association and act as a portal to NOISE Members for both consumers and the trade.
