Installation

Our Installation Engineers attend regular manufacturer training sessions to familiarise themselves with the latest technologies and equipment and have also had exclusive specialist training on Flat Screen TV Wall Mounting and are therefore fully equipped to set up and help you get the most from your products.

Basic Installation

What is included

• Unpacking product and fitting on stand (where relevant).
• Connection to up to 3 other items – e.g. Sky Box, Blu-Ray Player, DVD etc. 
• Set up, tune in & basic demonstration of key functions. 
• Any cabling left as tidy as possible.
• Disposal of any packaging if required.

What isn’t included

• Hiding cables in trunking, under carpet etc.
• Cost of any additional cables etc. required.
• Wall mounting TV.
• Alteration or installation of electrical points.
• Price: £58.00

Home Cinema Installation 

What is included

• As Basic Installation plus
• Connection and fitting of speakers to any brackets/stands supplied.
• Setting up surround sound.

What isn’t included

• As Basic Installation plus
• Fixing of any brackets to walls.
• Channelling cables into walls.
• Price: £65.00

TV Wall Mount Installation

What is included

• On site survey of room and walls to ensure suitability.
• Fitting of bracket to appropriate wall.
• Unpacking TV.
• Mounting of TV on bracket.
• Connection to up to 3 other items – Sky Box, Blu-Ray Player, DVD etc.
• Set up, tune in & basic demonstration of key functions.
• Hiding of cables in trunking (single length, up to 1.5m supplied) if required or cabling left as tidy as possible.
• Disposal of any packaging if required.

What isn’t included

• Hiding cables under carpets etc.
• Channelling cables into wall.
• Cost of any brackets or additional cables required (longer lengths etc.).
• Cost of any specialised fixings or additional labour required for mounting on non-standard walls.
• Alteration or installation of electrical points.
• Price: Below 32" - £140.00.  32"-55" - £210.00.  60"+ - £340.00.

All pricing is inclusive of VAT.

All Wall Mount Installations are subject to initial on-site survey. If the installer considers the proposed site for the bracket installation to be unsafe they will advise on a more suitable location where possible but do reserve the right to refuse to carry out the installation. In these cases the customer will receive a full refund minus a site survey call out fee of £35.00.

It is not recommended to mount a TV onto a chimney breast or above any direct heat source. If in use this could invalidate the manufacturer’s warranty due to heat damage.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that any item they have previously purchased to be incorporated in the installation is compatible e.g. wall mount brackets etc.

All Wall Mount installations come with a 3 month installation warranty. This covers the ‘labour’ aspect of the installation should any issues occur such as loosening of fixings etc. In such a case please contact the installation company directly, who will call out and rectify the problem. Any problem occurring with the ‘structure’ of any wall a bracket is fitted to will not be covered under the installation warranty unless it has occurred directly as a result of work carried out by the installer.

Problems occurring with any item supplied by the Installer, such as a bracket, cabling etc. will be covered under the product’s own warranty. For further details please see the information provided with the product or contact your Installer directly.
