Installation
In order to get the best from your electrical and electronic appliances it is always advised to have them installed properly by a trained and approved engineer. This can also reduce the chance of any faults occurring plus ensure your warranty is not invalidated. We offer a wide range of installation services across all of the product ranges we cover. These range from unboxing and setting up a new SMART TV or Laptop to connecting up a new washing machine or dishwasher. Our engineers are also fully trained and qualified to wall mount TVs and safely install Gas appliances. In order to receive the best possible signal on your TV etc. we also offer both aerial and satellite dish installation. Finally we can also install CCTV equipment in domestic premises and link this to both your TV and mobile phone.

Basic Installation â Audio Visual
What is included
- Unpacking product and fitting on stand (where relevant).
- Connection to up to 3 other items â e.g. Sky Box, Blu-Ray Player, DVD etc.
- Set up, tune in & basic demonstration of key functions.
- Any cabling left as tidy as possible.
- Disposal of any packaging if required.
What isnât included
- Hiding cables in trunking, under carpet etc.
- Cost of any additional cables etc. required.
- Wall mounting TV.
- Alteration or installation of electrical points.
TV Wall Mount Installation
What is included
- On site survey of room and walls to ensure suitability.
- Fitting of bracket to appropriate wall.
- Unpacking TV.
- Mounting of TV on bracket.
- Connection to up to 3 other items â Sky Box, Blu-Ray Player, DVD etc.
- Set up, tune in & basic demonstration of key functions.
- Hiding of cables in trunking (single length, up to 1.5m supplied) if required or cabling left as tidy as possible.
- Disposal of any packaging if required.
What isnât included
- Hiding cables under carpets etc.
- Channelling cables into wall.
- Cost of any brackets or additional cables required (longer lengths etc.).
- Cost of any specialised fixings or additional labour required for mounting on non-standard walls.
- Alteration or installation of electrical points.
Home Cinema Installation
What is included
- As with Basic Installation plus
- Connection and fitting of speakers to any brackets/stands supplied.
- Setting up surround sound.
What isnât included
- As with Basic Installation plus
- Fixing of any brackets to walls.
- Channelling cables into walls.

Aerial, Satellite & CCTV
Freeview Installation (Digital TV Aerial)
We offer a wide range of professionally installed âFreeview Aerialâ installation options to support all types of Freeview products. This includes any modern TV with a built in digital tuner as well as Set Top Boxes (STB) and Personnel Video Recorders (PVRâs) such as those from BT Vision and YouView.
Assessment + Aerial Installation
- Single Point System â Includes generic aerial, 6ft mast, 15m cable & wall mount.
- Multi Point System â Includes high gain aerial, 6ft mast, 15m cable & wall mount.
- Bespoke/ Non Standard Installations â Includes Multiple points, Mast Head Amplifiers, 10ft mast & Chimney mount.
CCTV Systems
We offer a wide range of professionally installed âCCTVâ Camera installation options to support all types of residential environments including door entry, security monitoring and remote viewing.
CCTV Camera Installation
- 1 to 6 Camera System using pre-supplied Kit and Cables. This includes set up of PVR etc.
- Additional Camera Installation and setup. This includes up to 15m of cable.
- Remote viewing Installation & Setup.
FreeSat Installation (Digital Satellite Dish)
We offer a wide range of professionally installed âFreeSat Dishâ installation options to support all types of FreeSat products. This includes any modern TV with a built in Freesat tuner as well as Set Top Boxes (STB) and Personnel Video Recorders (PVRâs).
Mini Dish Installation
- Single Point for 1 to 8 rooms.
- Twin Point for 1 to 4 rooms.
- 1 x Twin & up to 4 x Single Points for 2 to 5 rooms.
