Our Installation Engineers attend both manufacturer and other relevant industry training courses to familiarise themselves with the latest technologies and equipment. They have also had exclusive specialist training on Flat Screen TV Wall Mounting as well as being Freeview, Freesat and Working at Heights trained. All this means they are the best possible people to install, set up and help you get the most from your products.
Repairs
Our members are authorised to carry out repairs both in and out of warranty for many brands of Consumer Electronics and Domestic Appliances. These include the following – Samsung, Sony, Panasonic, Apple, Loewe, Pioneer, Philips, JVC, Toshiba, Hitachi, Sanyo, B & O,Sharp, Yamaha, Hisense, Indesit, Electrolux, Zanussi, AEG, Beko, Whirlpool, Lec, Belling, New World, Stoves & Daewoo. Some manufacturers do restrict this for certain product types but we can advise you of this when you book a repair.
Certain product types such as Digital Cameras and some Audio Equipment are repaired at specialist central locations in the UK. In these cases the Authorised Service Centre will contact you to arrange collection of your product.

In-Home Support
If you are experiencing problems with your equipment but are not sure where the problem lies, do not how to use it to its full potential or are just worried your aerial or satellite signal are not as good as they could be you can book one of our engineers to call and help. For a fixed fee you will get up to 45 mins of an engineer’s time to either resolve your problem or run through the operation of your system with you to ensure you are fully conversant with all of its functions.
